Alexander Muszynski, III
Alexander Muszynski, III is a lifelong resident of Orlando. After graduating from Bishop Moore High School in Orlando, Florida in 1976, he attended Valencia Community College in Orlando, and earned his Associate in Arts degree in 1978. In 1980 he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Arts in History. Mr. Muszynski began his legal education in 1980 at the University of South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. He transferred to Florida State University College of Law in 1981 and graduated in 1983. Mr. Muszynski has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1984 and has concentrated on a trial practice representing insureds, insurers and self-insureds throughout the State of Florida. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation and wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, electrical accidents, insurance defense, aviation insurance and aviation litigation.
As an active pilot since age 15 he is also involved in the legal representation of pilots, airlines, aircraft owners, maintenance facilities, maintenance technicians, flight schools, fixed-base operators, etc. and insurers since he began practicing law. He holds an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate, with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings. Mr. Muszynski is admitted to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida, and all state courts within the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Orlando Claims Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is also a member of the Aviation Insurance Association, Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
