Mitchell N. Silver

Mitchell N. Silver attended high school on Long Island, New York, after which he attended the State University of New York at Binghamton. During his Junior and Senior years of college, he was a teacher's assistant or courses in Philosophy of Law and Law and Justice. He also spent a spring semester in London, England where he worked as a student intern in a solicitors law firm and studied comparative law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the dual majors of history and philosophy, politics, and law.

After graduating from college, Mr. Silver attended the University of Notre Dame, where he was awarded his J.D. degree in 1997. He became licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Florida in 1998. He began his professional legal career in New York and New Jersey, where his focus was upon insurance defense litigation. He relocated to Florida in January 1999 to become an assistant State Attorney in Seminole County, Florida before joining the firm in March 2000.

Mr. Silver resides with his wife Teresa in Longwood, Florida. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Silver enjoys playing piano, tennis, and golf.
